New Butcher’s Table and Marine Harvest themed a la carte buffet on mid-week nights.
Singapore, December 2020 – Welcome 2021 with new themed buffets at The Line. Beat the mid-week blues with two decadent offerings for meat and seafood lovers, with a new Butcher’s Table a la carte buffet concept on Wednesdays, and the return of the well-loved Marine Harvest theme on Thursdays. With over 88 dishes to select from in these vibrant dinner spreads with specialty items, it is a fantastic way to celebrate hump day and refuel to finish the week energised and strong.
Butcher’s Table Night every Wednesday
Designed for the carnivorous epicure in us all, The Line offers an extensive selection of mixed grills including Veal Sausages, Lamb Leg, Sirloin and Rib-eye Steaks, guaranteed to get mouths watering. Not to be missed is the
perfectly cooked Australian Angus Beef Rib Eye – butter-soft and bursting with flavour from a delightful Black Truffle Sauce.
Living up to its reputation of an extensive buffet with different cuisines, The Line also offers a selection of Lebanese grilled meats including Beef Kebab Ourfali, as well as Asbe Djej which is pan-seared chicken liver with pomegranate sauce. For familiar flavours closer to home, dig into a Biryani with Roasted Turkey, Salted Egg Fried Chicken or Double-Boiled Ginseng Chicken Soup to warm hearts and bellies.

Marine Harvest Night every Thursday
Be spoilt for choice with the abundance of good seafood from all over the world. Jumpstart the appetite with a seafood platter which includes Boston lobster, Canadian oysters, as well as snow crab, mussels, scallops, prawns and more. What is a seafood buffet without sashimi? In addition to tuna, salmon, hamachi and scallop sashimi, The Line also offers Flame Salmon Aburi and Lobster Chawanmushi.
You can scoop up hearty bowls of New England Clam Chowder or Eight Treasures Seafood Broth, while scanning the Western selections for Cheesy Baked Scallops or Classic French Mussels with White Wine and Leek. While the Grilled Norwegian Salmon with Dill and Caper sauce, there is also a heritage selection including Singapore Style Oyster Omelette, Salted Egg Prawns, Singapore Chili and Black Pepper Crab, making Marine Harvest the seafood extravaganza night not to miss.
